We are a sociable darts league based in Burton and the surrounding towns and villages. With 50 teams in five divisions, and around 400 players, we cater for all standards of play.
League matches are played on Monday nights, with separate Summer and Winter leagues. The minimum number of players per team is 4, with a match format of 2 doubles games (701 straight in, best of three legs) and 4 singles games (501 straight in, best of 5 legs for Premier, Division One and Division Two and best of 3 legs for the lower leagues).
We also have a number of team and individual knockout competitions through the season. We hold two presentation evenings each year, with a major darting celebrity attending to give out the trophies. (Cliff Lazarenko and John Lowe did the honours at our last two presentations, and former ladies world champion Anastasia Dobromyslova is booked for November 2010.)
