We are a genuine darting community based in Burton and the surrounding towns and villages. With almost 50 teams in 5 divisions, and around 400 players, we cater for all standards of play, and have a great mix of young and old, male and female players.
About the LeagueLeague matches are played on Monday nights, with separate Summer and Winter leagues.The minimum number of players per team is 4 and the maximum 8. Matches consist of 2 doubles games (701 straight in) and 4 singles games (501 straight in). All Games are best of 3 legs except for Singles in Premier, Division One and Division Two which are best of 5 legs. We also hold a number of team and individual knockout competitions through the season. |
Prizes and PresentationsPrizes are awarded each season to the top three teams in each division and to the winners and runners-up in our Knockout and Consolation Cup competitions.Individual prizes are awarded for Least Darts, Highest Checkout and most 180's. Presentation evenings, held twice a year, are special ooccasions with a top professional darts player attending to give out the trophies (Anastasia Dobromyslova, Terry Jenkins and Steve Brown have done the honours at our recent presentation evenings). |
